1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Data4AI ("data4ai.io", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the services provided by data4ai.io. By clicking to confirm, actually using the data4ai.io services, or otherwise indicating your acceptance, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using data4ai.io immediately. Your continued use of data4ai.io constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

2. Services

data4ai.io provides AI-powered development tools and services, including but not limited to:

• AI Agent project management — task creation, assignment, and execution tracking
• AI Agent-assisted code generation and modification
• Voice input and natural language task description
• Multi-gateway connection and real-time status synchronization
• Project file management and directory browsing

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue service features as needed, and will notify you of such changes in a timely manner.

File Retention: Any images or files you upload through the Service are retained for a maximum of 7 days and will be automatically deleted thereafter. Please ensure you save any important files locally before the retention period expires.

3. Account & Registration

You can register and log in to data4ai.io using email verification. An account will be created automatically upon your first login. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Update your registration information in a timely manner to keep it accurate
• Safeguard your account credentials; you are responsible for any losses caused by your own account leakage
• Notify data4ai.io immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

When using data4ai.io services, you must not engage in the following activities:

• Violating laws and regulations or endangering national security
• Infringing upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights of others
• Using data4ai.io to send spam, malicious code, or conduct cyberattacks
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling data4ai.io services
• Using data4ai.io for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of data4ai.io services

5. Intellectual Property

All content on data4ai.io, including but not limited to software, interface design, icons, text, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, you may not copy, distribute, display, or otherwise use such content in any manner.

Code and content generated by you through the AI Agent on data4ai.io belong to you. data4ai.io does not claim intellectual property rights over content you generate.

6. Data & Privacy

data4ai.io values your data security and privacy protection. For information on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

data4ai.io services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI Agent-generated content
• The service results will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, data4ai.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages you suffer from using the services.

7.1 Agent Operation Disclaimer

AI Agents operate under your instructions and direction. You are solely responsible for the actions performed by AI Agents on your behalf. data4ai.io shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from misoperations, erroneous executions, or malicious operations caused by your instructions to the AI Agent. You should carefully review and confirm all Agent actions before execution.

7.2 Account Security Disclaimer

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any losses resulting from your leakage, sharing, or failure to properly protect your account credentials shall be borne entirely by you. data4ai.io shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account due to your negligence.

7.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI Agents (including but not limited to code, text, and suggestions) may contain errors, biases, inaccuracies, or security vulnerabilities. You should independently review, test, and verify all AI-generated content before use. data4ai.io shall not be liable for any losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

7.4 Third-Party Service Disclaimer

The Service may integrate or connect to third-party services (including but not limited to gateways, APIs, and external tools). The availability, security, and data compliance of such third-party services are the responsibility of their respective providers. data4ai.io shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of or reliance on third-party services.

7.5 Data Backup Disclaimer

You are responsible for backing up your important data and code. data4ai.io does not guarantee permanent data storage. data4ai.io shall not be liable for any data loss caused by system failures, maintenance, or other reasons.

7.6 Force Majeure Disclaimer

data4ai.io shall not be liable for any service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes, cyberattacks, network failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7.7 User Dispute Disclaimer

Any disputes arising between you and other users or third parties through the use of the Service shall be resolved by the parties involved. data4ai.io shall not bear any responsibility for such disputes.

8. Breach & Termination

If you violate any provision of these Terms, data4ai.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services and delete your account and related data.

You have the right to stop using data4ai.io and delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except as otherwise required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of data4ai.io.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid due to conflict with applicable law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right.

data4ai.io reserves the right to revise these Terms in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and business needs. Revised terms will be published on data4ai.io. Your continued use of the services after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
