The LongHorn Steakhouse segment includes results of company-owned LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants. The Fine Dining segment includes high-end brands operating within the fine dining subsector of full-service dining, including results of its company-owned The Capital Grille and Eddie V's restaurants. The Other Business segment aggregates remaining brands, including results of its company-owned Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, Seasons 52 and Bahama Breeze restaurants, as well as franchise and consumer packaged goods sales.
