Cboe Global Markets Inc operates the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the largest options exchange in the United States by total trading volume. The exchange offers options trading for stocks, market indices, exchange-traded funds, and notes. The company also operates Cboe Futures Exchange (CFE), a rapidly growing futures exchange, and C2, an electronic options exchange. For most of its history, the company operated as a non-profit member-owned exchange. It transitioned to a for-profit entity in 2006 and went public in 2010.
